Mattias Jaeger
As managing director, Mattias is responsible for the commercial operations of our young and dynamic company.
A graduate engineer (Dipl. Ing., Dipl. Betrw.), he is a proud father of one daughter and an enthusiastic tennis player and sportsman.
In addition to Klinker Historika, Mattias has been active in various mid-sized construction industry companies for over 30 years. He looks forward to the challenges and opportunities of the coming years.

Markus Perolles
As the founder and creative force behind Klinker Historika, Markus — father of three daughters — oversees all technical aspects of brick recovery and processing.
A trained bricklayer and reinforced concrete construction master, Markus also holds a degree in business administration (VWA). Over the past decades, this passionate triathlete has dedicated himself deeply to the handling and processing of clinker bricks.

Tony Mattijssen
As Head of Sales, Tony is responsible for leading, planning, and implementing Klinker Historika’s global sales strategy.
We are delighted to have Tony — a married father of three and passionate Ajax football fan — on our team. With over 35 years of experience in marketing clinker products, he is the driving force behind successfully establishing the „Klinker Historika“ brand in the European market.
